Effect of a reconsidered determination.

A reconsidered determination is final and binding on all parties unless a party other than the MA organization files a request for a hearing under the provisions of § 422.602, or unless the reconsidered determination is revised under § 422.616. [65 FR 40331, June 29, 2000]
