Certification period for ICF/IID with standard-level deficiencies.

Facilities with standard-level deficiencies may be certified under § 442.101 with a condition that the certification will continue if either of the following applies: (a) The survey agency finds that all deficiencies have been satisfactorily corrected. (b) The survey agency finds that the facility has made substantial progress in correcting the deficiencies and has a new plan of correction that is acceptable. [79 FR 27153, May 12, 2014]
