The organization and its staff are in compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws and regulations. (a) Standard: Licensure of organization. In any State in which State or applicable local law provides for the licensing of organizations, a clinic, rehabilitation agency, or public health agency is licensed in accordance with applicable laws.
