Decision by the Institutional Deciding Official.

The Institutional Deciding Official is responsible for making a final determination of research misconduct findings. This determination must be provided in a written decision that includes: (a) Whether the institution found research misconduct and, if so, who committed the misconduct; and (b) A description of relevant institutional actions taken or to be taken.
