Bona fide purchasers.

The BLM will not cancel a lease or an interest in a lease of a purchaser if at the time of purchase the purchaser was not aware and could not have reasonably determined from the BLM records the existence of a violation of any of the following: (a) Federal regulatory requirements; (b) The Act, as amended; or (c) Lease terms and conditions.
