Prime movers must meet § 58.01-5 and subpart 58.10 of this chapter except that those for mobile offshore drilling units must meet 6-1-3/3.3 and 6-1-3/3.5 of the ABS MOU Rules (incorporated by reference; see § 110.10-1 of this subchapter).
