Contents of supplement announcing suspension.

(a) A supplement announcing a suspension by the Commission must specify the term of suspension imposed by the Commission. (b) A supplement announcing a suspension of either an entire tariff or a part of a tariff publication, must specify the applicable tariff publication effective during the period of suspension.
