As prescribed in 1819.708-70(b), insert the following clause: Individual Subcontracting Reports (APR 2015) When submitting Individual Subcontracting Reports in eSRS in accordance with FAR 52.219-9(l) (1), the contractor shall enter goals as a percentage of total contract value as well as a percentage of total subcontract dollars.
