Causes for suspension.

(d) The Suspending Official may suspend an organization or individual— (1) Indicted for or suspected, upon adequate evidence, of the causes described in 909.406-2(c)(1); (2) On the basis of the causes set forth in 909.406-2(d)(2); or (3) On the basis that an organization or individual is an affiliate of a suspended or debarred contractor.
