High Priority Program: Responses to applications.

(a) Approval. If FMCSA awards a grant or cooperative agreement, the applicant will receive a grant agreement to execute. (b) Denial. If FMCSA denies the grant or cooperative agreement, the applicant will receive a notice of denial.
