General description.

(a) The Q3s Three-Year-Old Child Test Dummy is defined by the following materials: (1) The Parts/Drawings List (incorporated by reference, see § 572.210); (2) The Drawings and Specifications (incorporated by reference, see § 572.210); (3) The PADI (incorporated by reference, see § 572.210). (b) The structural properties of the dummy are such that the dummy conforms to this subpart in every respect before use in any test.
