Acquisition of competitive status.

A student appointed under § 316.901 acquires competitive status only upon completion of probationary period after any conversion, in accordance with the provisions of part 11 of this chapter. Time spent on a time-limited appointment under this part may count toward fulfillment of such probationary period. [90 FR 26729, June 24, 2025]
