Screenings.

Screenings shipped in interstate commerce, if in containers, shall be labeled in a legible manner with letters not smaller than 18 point type and, if in bulk, shall be invoiced with the words, “Screenings for processing—not for seeding.” [5 FR 31, Jan. 4, 1940]
