Advance notice.

The importer shall notify, orally or in writing, the Director, of the date and location that tobacco subject to inspection under § 29.400 will be unloaded for warehousing, manipulation, or manufacturing. This notice shall be received at least five working days prior to unloading the tobacco for warehousing, manipulation, or manufacturing. [90 FR 22442, May 28, 2025]
