Purpose.

This subpart contains the procedures and requirements for providing the following financial assistance under the Rural Innovation Stronger Economy (RISE) program: (a) Grants for the purpose of constructing, purchasing, or equipping a building to serve as an innovation center in order to establish job accelerators. (b) Grants for the purpose of establishing and supporting job accelerators and related programs.
