Report of walnut receipts.

(a) Each handler shall file a report of his or her walnut receipts from growers on or before January 15 of each marketing year on forms supplied by the Board. (b) Each handler acquiring walnuts from growers after submission of their initial report of walnut receipts pursuant to paragraph (a) of this section shall file a revised report of walnut receipts by the 15th of the month following such receipt on forms supplied by the Board.
