Handling for special purposes.

Regulations in effect pursuant to § 986.69, Authorities regulating handling, may be modified, suspended, or terminated to facilitate handling of pecans for: (a) Relief or charity; (b) Experimental purposes; and (c) Other purposes which may be recommended by the Council and approved by the Secretary.
