How will OIED evaluate awardees' performance?

Not later than one year after the date on which OIED awards a grant to an eligible applicant under the IBIP, and annually thereafter for the duration of the grant, OIED will conduct an evaluation of, and prepare a report on, the awardee, which will: (a) Describe the performance of the eligible applicant; and (b) Be used in determining the ongoing eligibility of the eligible applicant.
