Suspension order pending amendments.

A suspension pursuant to paragraph (b)(3) of § 1010.45 of this chapter shall be effected by service of a suspension order which shall contain: (a) An identification of the filing to which the order applies. (b) An identification of the amendment to the filing which generated the order. (c) A statement that the issuance of the order is necessary or appropriate in the public interest or for the protection of purchasers. (d) A statement that the order shall remain in effect until the amendment becomes effective. (e) A notice of the hearing rights of the developer under § 1012.235 and of the procedure for invoking those rights.
