Definitions.

The following terms used in these regulations are defined in the Privacy Act, 5 U.S.C. 552a(a):
agency, individual, maintain, record, system of records, statistical record,
and
routine use.
The Board's use of these terms conforms with the statutory definitions. References in this part to “the Act” refer to the Privacy Act of 1974.
