Text of resolution of advice and consent to ratification as approved by the United States Senate: Resolved, (two-thirds of the Senators present concurring therein), That the Senate advise and consent to ratification of the Treaty Between the United States of America and the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics on Underground Nuclear Explosions for Peaceful Purposes, signed in Washington and Moscow on May 28, 1976, and the Protocol thereto, signed in Washington on June 1, 1990, and an Agreed Statement relating to paragraph 2(c) of Article III of the treaty, signed on May 13, 1976.
