TEXT OF RESOLUTION OF ADVICE AND CONSENT TO RATIFICATION AS REPORTED BY THE COMMITTEE ON FOREIGN RELATIONS: Resolved, (two-thirds of the Senators present concurring therein), That the Senate advise and consent to ratification of the Convention for the Suppression of Unlawful Acts Against the Safety of Maritime Navigation, and the Accompanying Protocol for the Suppression of Unlawful Acts Against the Safety of Fixed Platforms located on the Continental Shelf, both signed at Rome on March 10, 1988.
