TEXT OF RESOLUTION OF ADVICE AND CONSENT TO RATIFICIATION AS REPORTED BY THE COMMITTEE ON FOREIGN RELATIONS AND APPROVED BY THE SENATE: Resolved, (two-thirds of the Senators present concurring therein), That the Senate advise and consent to the ratification of the Regional Agreement for the Use of the Band 1605-1705 kHz in Region 2, with Annexes, and Two U.S. Statements as contained in the Final Protocol, signed on behalf of the United States at Rio de Janeiro on June 8, 1988.
