TEXT OF RESOLUTION OF ADVICE AND CONSENT TO RATIFICATION AS REPORTED BY THE COMMITTEE ON FOREIGN RELATIONS AND APPROVED BY THE SENATE: Resolved, (two-thirds of the Senators present concurring therein), That the Senate advise and consent to the ratification of the 1988 Partial Revision of the Radio Regulations (Geneva, 1979) signed on behalf of the United States on October 6, 1988, and the U.S. Statement contained in the Final Protocol.
