Text of resolution of advice and consent to ratification as reported by the Committee on Foreign Relations and as adopted by the Senate: Resolved, (two-thirds of the Senators present concurring therein), That the Senate advise and consent to the ratification of the International Wheat Agreement, 1986, which was open for signature at the United Nations headquarters, New York, from May 1, 1986, through June 30, 1986, and signed on behalf of the United States on June 26, 1986; consisting of (1) the Wheat Trade Convention, 1986; and (2) the Food Aid Convention, 1986.
