The briefing schedule in this matter ordered Petitioners Ralph Calabro (“Calabro”), Jason Konner (“Konner”), and Koutsoubos to file their briefs in support of their petitions for review by February 12, 2014 with the brief in opposition due March 14, 2014, and Petitioners’ reply brief, if any, due on March 28, 2014. Petitioner Koutsoubos’ counsel represents that counsels to Petitioners Calabro and Konner and the Division of Enforcement do not oppose the request for an extension. Extensions of time are disfavored. It appears appropriate, however, to grant an extension. Therefore, It is ORDERED that the time for filing the petitioners’ briefs is extended to March 5, 2014. 2 A brief in opposition shall be filed by April 4, 2014 and any reply brief shall be filed by April 18, 2014.
