ORDER DIRECTING HEARING On September 16, 2016, the Commission issued an Order Temporarily Suspending Exemption Pursuant to Section 3(b) of the Securities Act of 1933 and Regulation A Thereunder, Statement of Reasons for Entry of Order, and Notice of and Opportunity for Hearing (the “Order”) with respect to Med-X, Inc. (“Med-X”). Med-X has filed a Request for Hearing under Rule 258(b)(2) of the General Rules and Regulations under the Securities Act of 1933. As provided in Rule 258(b)(2), this proceeding will be set down for a hearing. Accordingly, it is ORDERED that this proceeding be set down for a hearing before an administrative law judge in accordance with Rule 110 of the Commission’s Rules of Practice. It is further ORDERED that the administrative law judge shall issue an initial decision no later than 30 days after the completion of post-hearing briefing. By the Commission. Brent J.
