ORDER DIRECTING THE FILING OF SUPPLEMENTAL BRIEFS On April 27, 2015, the parties jointly requested that supplemental briefing be ordered to address the alleged constitutional violations referenced in footnote 34 of Respondents' April 1, 2015 Opening Brief in Support of their Petition for Review. On review of the motion, it is determined that such briefing is appropriate on the terms set forth below. Accordingly, it is ORDERED that, on or before June 8, 2015, Respondents file an initial brief limited to the issues referenced above of no more than 7,000 words; on or before July 2, 2 2015, the Division of Enforcement file a responsive brief of no more than 7,000 words; and, on or before July 17, 2015, Respondents file any reply brief of no more than 3,500 words.
