FELDMAN ORDER DIRECTING ADDITIONAL BRIEFING On July 29, 2015, respondents optionsXpress, Inc. and Jonathan Feldman filed a motion seeking leave to file an additional brief with respect to the argument that “Chief Administrative Law Judge (‘ALJ’) Brenda Murray, who presided over this matter, was unconstitutionally appointed to her post.” Under the circumstances, it appears appropriate to grant the motion. Accordingly, it is ORDERED that respondents’ additional brief, which was lodged with the motion, is hereby deemed filed. It is further ORDERED that the Division of Enforcement shall file a response, not to exceed fifteen double-spaced pages, by August 14, 2015.
