SECTION 1. ETHANOL COST-EFFECTIVENESS STUDY. (a) In General.—Section 13(d) of the Farm Disaster Assistance Act of 1987 (Public Law 100–45; 101 Stat. 324) is amended by striking out “90 days” and inserting in lieu thereof “180 days”. (b) Effective Date.— The amendment made by subsection (a) shall become effective on May 27, 1987.
