Sec. 1612. During the current fiscal year not to exceed 1 percent of any appropriation made available by this Act may be transferred by an agency head between such appropriations funded in this Act of that department or agency: Provided, That such appropriations shall be merged with and available for the same purposes, and for the same time period, as the appropriation to which transferred: Provided further, That the agency head shall notify the Committees on Appropriations of the Senate and House of Representatives of the transfer 15 days in advance: Provided further, That notice of any transfer made pursuant to this authority be posted on the website established by the Recovery Act Accountability and Transparency Board 15 days following such transfer: Provided further, That the authority contained in this section is in addition to transfer authorities otherwise available under current law: Provided further, That the authority provided in this section shall not apply to any appropriation that is subject to transfer provisions included elsewhere in this Act.123 STAT. 306
