SEC. 1812. NOTIFICATION TO SECRETARY OF COMMERCE. Section 225 of the Trade Act of 1974 (19 U.S.C. 2275) is amended by adding at the end the following:“(c) Upon issuing a certification under section 223, the Secretary shall notify the Secretary of Commerce of the identity of each firm covered by the certification.”.
