Sec. 104. (a) Section 101(d) of the Legislative Branch Appropriations Act, 1993 (2 U.S.C. 95b(d)), as added by section 103(a) of the Legislative Branch Appropriations Act, 2009, is amended by striking “and made available” and inserting “and merged with and made available”.(b) The amendment made by subsection (a) shall apply to funds appropriated for fiscal year 2010 and succeeding fiscal years.123 STAT. 2030
