leave carryover for certain library of congress executive positionsSec. 1404. Section 6304(f)(1) of title 5, United States Code, is amended—(1) in subparagraph (F), by striking “or” at the end;(2) in subparagraph (G), by striking the period and inserting “; or” and(3) by adding after subparagraph (G) the following:“(H) a position in the Library of Congress the compensation for which is set at a rate equal to the annual rate of basic pay payable for positions at level III of the Executive Schedule under section 5314.”.(4) The amendments made by subsection (a) shall apply with respect to annual leave accrued during pay periods beginning after the date of the enactment of this Act.
