Sec. 124. The authority provided by section 1022 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2004 (Public Law 108–136), as amended by section 1022 of the Duncan Hunter 123 STAT. 2047 National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2009 (Public Law 110–417), shall continue in effect through the earlier of the date of enactment of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2010 or the date specified in section 106(3) of this joint resolution.
