Sec. 728. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, there is hereby appropriated:(1) $3,000,000 of which $2,000,000 shall be for a grant to the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade, and Consumer Protection, and $1,000,000 shall be for a grant to the Vermont Agency of Agriculture, Foods, and Markets, as authorized by section 6402 of the Farm Security and Rural Investment Act of 2002 (7 U.S.C. 1621 note);(2) $350,000 for a grant to the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection;(3) $1,000,000 shall be for development of a prototype for a national carbon inventory and accounting system for forestry and agriculture;(4) $1,000,000 for the International Food Protection Training Institute; and(5) $200,000 for the Center for Foodborne Illness Research and Prevention.
