Sec. 730. Section 17(r)(5) of the Richard B. Russell National School Lunch Act (42 U.S.C. 1766(r)(5)) is amended—(1) by inserting “the District of Columbia and” after the first instance of “institutions located in”;(2) by striking “ten” and inserting “thirteen”;(3) by striking “eight” and inserting “eleven”; and(4) by inserting “Connecticut, Nevada, Wisconsin,” after the first instance of “States shall be”.
