Sec. 745. (a) Section 531(g)(7)(F) of the Federal Crop Insurance Act (7 U.S.C. 1531(g)(7)(F)) is amended—(1) in the matter preceding clause (i), by inserting “(including multiyear assistance)” after “assistance”; and(2) in clause (i), by inserting “or multiyear production losses” after “a production loss”.123 STAT. 2130(b) Section 901(g)(7)(F) of the Trade Act of 1974 (19 U.S.C. 2497(g)(7)(F)) is amended—(1) in the matter preceding clause (i), by inserting “(including multiyear assistance)” after “assistance”; and(2) in clause (i), by inserting “or multiyear production losses” after “a production loss”.
