location of stockpiles Sec. 587. (a) Except for stockpiles located in the Republic of Korea, Thailand, a country which is a member of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization, or a country which is a major non-NATO ally, no stockpile may be located outside the boundaries of a United States military base or a military base used primarily by the United States. (b) Section 514 of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 (22 U.S.C. 232Ih) is amended— (1) in subsection (b)(1), by striking out “greater than” and inserting in lieu thereof “that”: and (2) in subsection (b)(2), by striking out “$77,000,000 for fiscal year 1989” and inserting in lieu thereof “$165,000,000 for fiscal year 1990”.
