Office of the Under Secretary for Management For necessary expenses of the Office of the Under Secretary for Management, as authorized by sections 701 through 705 of the Homeland Security Act of 2002 (6 U.S.C. 341 through 345), $254,190,000, of which not less than $1,000,000 shall be for logistics training; and of which not to exceed $3,000 shall be for official reception and representation expenses: Provided, That of the total amount made available under this heading, $5,500,000 shall remain available until expended solely for the alteration and improvement of facilities, tenant improvements, and relocation costs to consolidate Department headquarters operations at the Nebraska Avenue 123 STAT. 2143 Complex; and $17,131,000 shall remain available until expended for the Human Resources Information Technology program.
