Sec. 571. (a) Funds made available by this Act solely for data center migration may be transferred by the Secretary between appropriations for the same purpose, notwithstanding section 503 of this Act.(b) No transfer described in (a) shall occur until 15 days after the Committees on Appropriations of the Senate and the House and Representatives are notified of such transfer.
