SEC. 237. STUDY ON DISCRIMINATION CAPABILITIES OF BALLISTIC MISSILE DEFENSE SYSTEM.(a) Study.—The Secretary of Defense shall enter into an arrangement with the JASON Defense Advisory Panel under which JASON shall carry out a study on the discrimination capabilities and limitations of the ballistic missile defense system of the United States, including such discrimination capabilities that exist or are planned as of the date of the study.(b) Report.—Not later than one year after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary shall submit to the appropriate congressional committees a report containing the study.(c) Form.—The report under subsection (b) may be submitted in classified form, but shall contain an unclassified summary.
