SEC. 239. EXTENSION OF DEADLINE FOR STUDY ON BOOST-PHASE MISSILE DEFENSE. Section 232(c)(1) of the Duncan Hunter National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2009 (Public Law 110–417; 122 Stat. 4392) is amended by striking “October 31, 2010” and inserting “March 1, 2011”.
