repeal of provision Sec. 599F. (a) The following provision under the heading “ Salaries and Expenses, General Legal Activities”, contained in the Departments of Commerce, Justice, and State, the Judiciary, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 1990 (H.R. 2991), as enacted into law, is hereby repealed: “: Provided further, That for fiscal year 1990 and hereafter the Attorney General may establish and collect fees to cover the cost of identifying, copying and distributing copies of tax decisions rendered by the Federal Judiciary and that any such fees shall be credited to this appropriation notwithstanding the provisions of 31 U.S.C. 3302”. (b) The provisions of subsection (a) shall take effect upon the date of the enactment into law of the Department of Commerce, Justice, and State, the Judiciary, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 1990 (H.R. 2991).
