CLARIFICATION OF UNIFORM SUSPENSION AND DEBARMENT REQUIREMENT.

SEC. 815. CLARIFICATION OF UNIFORM SUSPENSION AND DEBARMENT REQUIREMENT. Section 2455(c)(1) of the Federal Acquisition Streamlining Act of 1994 (31 U.S.C. 6101 note) is amended by adding at the end the following: “Such term includes subcontracts at any tier, other than subcontracts for commercially available off-the-shelf items (as defined in section 35(c) of the Office of Federal Procurement Policy Act (41 U.S.C. 431(c))), except that in the case of a contract for commercial items, such term includes only first-tier subcontracts.”.
