SEC. 701. PROHIBITION ON CONVERSION OF MILITARY MEDICAL AND DENTAL POSITIONS TO CIVILIAN MEDICAL AND DENTAL POSITIONS. Subsection (a) of section 721 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2008 (Public Law 110–181; 122 Stat. 198; 10 U.S.C. 129c note) is amended—(1) by striking “during the period beginning on” and inserting “on or after”; and(2) by striking “, and ending on September 30, 2012”.123 STAT. 2373
