SEC. 728. REPORT ON STIPENDS FOR MEMBERS OF RESERVE COMPONENTS FOR HEALTH CARE FOR CERTAIN DEPENDENTS. Not later than 90 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Defense shall submit to the congressional defense committees a report on stipends paid under section 704 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2008 (Public Law 110–181; 122 Stat. 188; 10 U.S.C. 1076 note). The report shall include—(1) the number of stipends paid;(2) the amount of the average stipend; and(3) the number of members who received such stipends.123 STAT. 2398
