SEC. 598. REPORTS ON PROGRESS IN COMPLETION OF CERTAIN INCIDENT INFORMATION MANAGEMENT TOOLS. Not later than 120 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, and every six months thereafter, the Secretary of Defense shall submit to the Committees on Armed Services of the Senate and the House of Representatives a report detailing the progress of the Secretary with respect to the completion of the following:(1) The Defense Incident-Based Reporting System.(2) The Defense Sexual Assault Incident Database.
