Funds are hereby authorized to be appropriated for fiscal year 2010 for procurement accounts of the Navy and Marine Corps in amounts as follows:(1) For aircraft procurement, Navy, $903,197,000.(2) For weapons procurement, Navy, $50,700,000.(3) For ammunition procurement, Navy and Marine Corps, $681,957,000.(4) For other procurement, Navy, $293,018,000.(5) For procurement, Marine Corps, $1,060,268,000.
