SEC. 1508. RESEARCH, DEVELOPMENT, TEST, AND EVALUATION. Funds are hereby authorized to be appropriated for fiscal year 2010 for the use of the Department of Defense for research, development, test, and evaluation as follows:(1) For the Army, $57,962,000.(2) For the Navy, $90,180,000.(3) For the Air Force, $29,286,000.(4) For Defense-wide activities, $115,826,000.
